Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Personal care items (such as opened essential oils and skincare products) for hygiene reasons.
Return Process:
Initiate a Return: To return an item to Life Beautified , sign in to your Order Listing page with your ID and password.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping Your Return: Pack your item securely, including all original packaging and accessories. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to damage or defect, please initiate a return request then contact us at lifeessenz@gmail.com about exchanging the returned item. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Standard shipping is USPS Ground. Other shipment options are available during check out. Shipping cost is calculated during checkout.

Once we’ve packed up and shipped out your order, you can
