What commission rates are offered?
As an Empowered Associate, you can make up to 40% commissions per sale based on product categories while helping us improve lives. Commission rates can change without prior notice.
Shipping
What are your shipping options and costs?
Standard shipping is USPS Ground. Other shipment options are available during check out. Shipping cost is calculated during checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once we’ve packed up and shipped out your order, you can
expect it to arrive within 7-10 business days.
How can I check the status of my order?
To stay up to date with the status of your order, sign in to your Order Listing page.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
Mistakes happen! We’ve got you covered. If you need to
modify or cancel an order, please send us by email at support@lifeessenz.com
within 2 hours of placing the order.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return and refund policy?
We are happy to accept any returns that follow these
guidelines:
1. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.
2. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
3. A proof of purchase (a receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

How do I initiate a return?
To return an item, sign in to your Order Listing page. From there, submit a Return Request. Once approved, we’ll send over a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
When will I receive my refund?
We thank you for your patience and will make sure you get
your refund within 7-10 business days.
Can I exchange a product?
If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to damage or defect, please contact us.
